I’ve read a lot of bad things about these guys from their previous sites, but perhaps this new site ahappydeal is a sort of a fresh start for better business and service. I sure hope it is because I ordered a phone and a couple of watches. Although the previous sites were VERY VERY badly talked of, hopefully their new site ahappydeals will change customers’ views on those previous dodgy websites. Anyway good luck with your $225 Android, hope my ones come through alright as well.

I ordered a silver cell phone from A Happy Deal, and they sent a black phone. Now I want to return this phone and buy another from them, but they tell me I have to pay the return shipping, and that any refund will take a long time. I’m between a rock and a hard place; do I keep a phone I don’t want, or lay out more money to buy the phone I do want, and hope they send me the money I paid for the first phone. I may have some recourse through VISA, and PayPal. If I can show VISA I was sent the wrong merchandize they may agree to delay the charge to my account. I’m curious as to how this will play out.
On Dec 1st 2011, I ordered a touch pad from “A Happy Deal” costing $125.00 plus shipping. To date I have not seen my order which according to them should have been received in about 7-14 days. After inquiring a couple of days ago I was told to be patient because it could take up to three(3) months to receive my order.
I hope I get my order soon. I am disappointed that Its not here yet as I was hoping to present it as a Christmas gift

I orderd a tablet pc on November 24th and have still not recieved it to date. I emailed and they told me to be patient becuase it can take up to three months to get it so someone didn’t get their best Christmas present this year either. It doesn’t make sense to put on the website that it only takes about ten days to be delivered, especially since my product wasn’t even shipped til December 15th. I am very upset and hope that it gets here soon!
The very same thing happened to me as well. In my opinion ahappydeals company is nothing more than internet thieves.
I ordered a phone from ahappy deal on October 4th. It’s now November 27th and I’ve yet to receive it. Their delivery states 21 working days on their website, but when I contacted them they said it would take two months. When I asked them why they didn’t state this on their website, I got a one word email in reply just saying “sorry” I tried to open a dispute through paypal, but since it’s been over 45 days, paypal won’t let me. needless to say I wont be buying from them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to buy from them either.
I’m just curious, di they ask you for an emailed copy of your license and VISA card? They are asking me for this.

I have fallen for these guys also. I ordered a couple of items 3 weeks ago and they claimed processing time would be 1-2 business days. As of today, the items still not shipped and for the 3rd week in a row they have said they will ship by the end of the week. And yes, i too get the one word response “Sorry”.
They are legit, although they shipped the wrong power adapter for the product that I ordered. Order via dull and you will have it in less than a week.

I ordered 2 tablets at the end of November. I purchased them with the slow shipping thinking they would be here in time for Christmas and they are still processing. I send them an email every day thinking that they will ship my products but they haven’t. Soooo frustrating!!!!!! I will never buy from this company again!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I purchased items for Christmas on November 28th and they are still processing my order. I ordered a tablet for my daughter on 11/20/11, they promised to have it shipped and to us by Christmas. I finally got a response out of someone who informed me that the Tablet still had not been shipped, and that I would need to pay an additional 17.00 to have it in 3 business days. I reported them to pay pal, and then they cancelled my order. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing business with these people. They are thieves. Just look at their old company name Davis Micro!!!! They had no issue taking money, but they sure do not know how to run a business. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered two notebooks on Nov 13th for both of my kids for Christmas. It is Dec 19th and I have still have not received them. After tracking them, it states they are still in China. Their webstie states 7-14 days to US, this is not true. I have also sent the company and email, only for them to state sorry, we will send. Still nothing. My kids will not have these items for Christmas. I am so upset. Please do not order from this company. Pay a little more and order from our country.
I received a confirmation that my item has shipped and that I could log on and get a tracking number. Today I cannot get the website to open. Are they now gone along with my $$$$. This was an item for my son’s Christmas.
I also received a confirmation that my item had shipped. My tracking numbr states that it is in China People Republic. However, it has been there for 3 1/2 weeks. I have gone on to USPS since and also had trouble tracking items since. These items were also for my kids Christmas.
I ordered a tablet 12/06/2011. No word on when it will arrive until I asked. On 12/16/2011 they answered back prompting item was sent and should arrive soon. The tracking at China Post confimed pickup on 12/19/2011. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now is 12/23/2011 and no hope for the item to arrive on time. I wish I had done more research on this “company”. My fingers crossed item will arrive.

I ordered a few pads shipped to us and uk – i’m sure these go by ocean freight people, it takes a good month to get from china to either of these ports. I am now fiddling with the pad (electronically challenged) – need to figure out how to update the firmware so the language pack is not chinese. I am told by a friend who has a similar tablet, these are better than the IPAD. We will see

obviously like your website however you need to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling issues and I find it very bothersome to inform the reality then again I’ll certainly come again again.
Forget the hype these guys are international con artists. I live in jamaica and made the mistake to buy one of their phones on-line and paid via Paypal on September 21, 2011. Four months later it has not yet arrived and I can’t get a refund. After many querries and without any help from them I discovered that they sent the phone to South America (Columbia and Venezuela) where it apparently got lost. It seems that they need a lesson in Geography, but what is unforgivably is that even after I told them thay they had sent the phone to a wrong address and in the wrong continent, they have not refunded me and have not been answering my e-mails.
My advise don’t buy anything on-line from them, and don’t pay until you have received the item in satisfactory condition.

But they’re not!!!! Try to verify tracking # and you’ll see you won’t be able to. Mine was RA373074356CN (China post) When you realize you haven’t received your item, they tell you to wait more. Today is 1/31/12 and I’ve written to them over 10 times about the whereabouts of my item, their response e-mail keeps asking me about what’s my problem? I was fooled with the fact that they accept paypal and I thought it would be easy to get my money back. Wrong! Paypal doesn’t insure these kind of transaction, so I got scammed once again. I orderd a Android touch pad in December 2012 I just got it today 3/29/12. It not working. I can’t get it passed the sign in screen. I’m not to happy at all. I’m not sure if I should return it or not. If I do when would I get my money back?
